Mud Hens top Scranton/Wilkes-Barre 4-1

The Mud Hens won their fourth game in a row by beating Scranton/Wilkes-Barre 4-1 at Fifth Third Field tonight.

Toledo scored single runs in the second, third, fifth and seventh to back a strong start by Derek Hankins.

Hankins allowed just one run, which came on a seventh-inning home run by Melky Mesa. He gave up just six hits and one walk in 6 1/3 innings, with Bruce Rondon retiring the RailRiders in the ninth to claim his eighth save.
