Mud Hens shut out Rochester 7-0

Derek Hankins threw a complete-game shutout to pitch the Mud Hens to a 7-0 victory over Rochester at Fifth Third Field today.

Hankins allowed just three hits and did not walk a batter while striking out four as Toledo claimed its third win in a row.

The Hens scored five runs in the first inning, using four hits, a walk and an error to score their runs. Mike Hessman also hit a home run, his tenth this season.
