Mud Hens lose 4-0 to Columbus
6/29/2014The Mud Hens suffered a 4-0 loss to Columbus at Fifth Third Field tonight.
Toledo managed just six hits off Clippers starter Travis Banwart and two relievers and were shut out for the eighth time this season.
Columbus scored three runs on three hits in the second off Hens starter Duane Below, who did not allow a run in the six other innings he worked.
The Clippers added an insurance run off Hens reliever Evan Reed in the eighth to sweep the two-game series.
