Auditions

Toledo Repertoire Theatre is holding auditions for A Christmas Carol Saturday and Sunday at the Toledo School for the Arts, 333 14th St. Audition times are 1 p.m. Saturday for adults and 1 p.m. Sunday for children. Auditioners should bring their own sheet music and be prepared to sing 16 bars. If interested in a speaking role, be prepared to read from the script. Ballet Theatre of Toledo is holding auditions for Nutcracker Sunday at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center of Northwest Ohio, 10700 State Rt. 118 S., Van Wert, Ohio. Audition times are 2-2:45 for children ages 9-11, and 3-3:45 for children ages 12-14. Auditioners are asked to arrive 15 minutes before audition times to warm up and must bring head and shoulders photo with name, height, and leotard size written on the back. Girls should wear leotard, tights, and flat ballet shoes. Hair should be pulled up into a bun.
