The Ugandan Orphans Choir performs at the Main Library’s McMaster Center in downtown Toledo. The performance Friday included traditional African singing, drumming, and dancing by children who hail from the Ssese Islands of Uganda. The choir is a ministry of the Childcare Worldwide Organization, the goal of which is to raise awareness and bring hope to poverty-stricken youngsters around the world.
