COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.— A Colorado woman is angry after she lost her home in a wildfire and got arrested on a warrant for a traffic violation.

Marsha McCormack was arrested and handcuffed on June 21 as she sifted through the charred remains of her uninsured trailer.

A license plate device tipped authorities that she was wanted on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court on a traffic-related charge.

According to the Colorado Springs Gazette (http://tinyurl.com/nfdf2cx ), the woman was released after her neighbors posted a $446 bail and court fee.
