Pet owners got together at the Monroe County Animal Control Division's office at South Raisinville Road in Monroe to have their cats and dogs vaccinated against rabies. Angela Bondy of Temperance Animal Hospital administers a shot to Spike, held by Kim Littlefield of Dundee.
