July 29: Grief Seminar, "Good Grief - the First Step," 5:30-7:30 p.m. Understanding grief and loss, to help people learn how to cope with the loss of a loved one. Seminar is free, but registration required.

July 29: Natural Healing, 10:30 a.m. Senior Legal, 12:30 p.m., appointment required.

July 30: Party euchre, 10 a.m. to noon. Yoga, 3-4:30 p.m.

"Caring for the Caregiver" workshop, from 1:30-3 p.m. on Mondays in August. Free, but registration required. The four-session workshop will focus on how to cope with changes, positive experiences, spiritual aspects, end-of-life care, and what to expect as caregiving becomes more complex. Free.
