MCCC's restaurant is in new spot

MONROE — The campus restaurant run by culinary arts students of Monroe County Community College has moved into a new location.

Cuisine 1300, an elegant luncheon dining venue run by students and chefs Kevin Thomas and Vicki LaValle, opens today for two weeks in Room 149 of the Warrick Student Services/Administration Building.

The restaurant's theme is Big Kahuna Surf Shack and will feature a Tiki bar serving up a selection of beverages.

The restaurant is open by reservations Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday through March 19. Seating is available at 11:30 a.m.
