COLUMBUS — Ohio State landed one of its most coveted recruiting targets today.

Georgia's Raekwon McMillan — regarded by multiple recruiting services as the top linebacker in the Class of 2014 — chose the Buckeyes over Alabama in a televised announcement.

"I'm going to roll with Ohio State," he said, before adding, "Can I make a correction? I'm going to The Ohio State University."

OSU coach Urban Meyer visited McMillan's home in Hinesville, Ga., on Sunday night, and received the word from the five-star prospect early this afternoon. Ranked by Rivals.com as the nation's No. 19 overall prospect, the 6-foot-3, 240-pound McMillan is the Buckeyes' 18th commitment in the class of 2014.
