When auto insurers decide how much to charge their customers, they often look not only at driving records but also credit scores. The practice is wrong, unfairly penalizing people who have poor credit because of medical calamity or job loss, not because they’re irresponsible or refuse to pay their bills. Ohio should ban it, as three other states already have.…
