Employment slump

The U.S. Labor Department announced more rosy jobs numbers this month: The national unemployment rate remained unchanged, at a healthy 5.4 percent, and the nation added 223,000 jobs in April. In Ohio, the jobless rate is a slightly lower 5.2 percent, up slightly from 5.1 percent last month. …
