Fire department will use Jet Ski for water rescues

The Perrysburg Township Fire Department will use a three-seat personal watercraft for water rescues this summer courtesy of Honda East in Maumee. The only cost to the township for use of the 2014 Kawasaki Jet Ski until September will be $575 for a trailer.

Fire Chief Tom Brice said the watercraft will allow for safer and faster rescues.
