Students honored for service to community
5/26/2014Perrysburg Schools honored five students with the Youth Jefferson Award for their public service to the community during a board of education meeting last Monday. Sarah Schaller, Alisa Leong, Lauren Piezer, Alexandra Phlegar, and Madison Creps were the students honored for their various community service and high school activities.
The district also honored Barb Jenks, principal of St. Rose Elementary, for her 21 “outstanding” years of service as she is retiring at the end of this year.
