This month, the pottery created by Perrysburg High School art teacher Don Griffith will be featured in the Art Institute of Pittsburgh as part of a national juried program.
The Art Institutes system of schools will show art in more than 50 U.S. locations, hosting "What Those Who Teach Can Do," a national collaboration of gallery shows to pay tribute to talented arts educators across the country.
In Pittsburgh, there will be high school art and media educators’ artwork in a month-long exhibition to celebrate creativity.
“We’re turning the tables on our educators and focusing on their passions and creativity,” said Charles Restivo, president of the Art Institutes.
