A Sylvania lawyer was successfully terminated from probation Wednesday by the Ohio Supreme Court.
In 2011, the high court placed David L. Martin on monitored probation for a year after it was determined he violated rules of professional conduct while representing five separate clients in various legal matters.
According to Wednesday’s announcement, the court said Mr. Martin had “substantially complied” with its order.
