Here are the crime reports from Aug. 6 through Aug. 13 from Sylvania and Sylvania Township police departments. Also included are the fire runs from the Sylvania Township Fire Department.
Burglary. Nichole Purcel, 5700 block of Cushman Road, reported an unknown person entered her home and stole several items. The items were not listed.
Theft. Joseph Garry, 5400 block of Pyle Drive, reported a bicycle stolen from his front yard. The boy's BMX bike was valued at $100.
Theft. Tiffanie Meyer, 700 block of Culley Road, Holland, reported a wallet, a checkbook, two debit cards, and her Ohio license stolen from her vehicle. The total value of the items was $49. The car was parked at Olander Park, 6930 Sylvania Ave. Purchases were made using her debit card.
Sylvania Township Police
Theft. Ronald Dulaney, 4600 block of Golf Creek Road, reported a Garmin GPS, valued at $250 and a Sirius radio, valued at $200 was taken from his vehicle. It was parked in his driveway.
Breaking and entering. Mark Miller, 4700 block of Corey Road, reported his garage ransacked and missing several items including an air compressor, two chain saws, and a power washer. Police found footprints and fingerprints at the scene.
Theft. Carol Cowell, 3200 block of Romaker Road, reported her wedding ring stolen from her home. It was valued at $1,500.
Theft. Hertz Car Rental, 5555 W. Central Ave., reported a rental car stolen. The black 2012 Nissan Rogue was rented in June and never returned by the customer. It was valued at $15,735.
Theft. Hertz Car Rental, 5555 W. Central Ave., reported a rental car stolen. The white 2012 Jeep Liberty was rented in May and never returned by the customer. It was valued at $17,075.
Theft. Gail Mantey, 300 block of Indiana Avenue, Maumee, reported a leather bag that contained several makeup items stolen from her car. The combined value of the items was $170. The car was parked at David Broadway Salon and Spa, 6511 W. Central Ave.
Theft. Target, 5225 Monroe St., reported a suspect stole several clothing items and Gatorade. The total value of the items was unknown. Store personnel did identify the suspect, saying he had stolen from the store in the past.
Theft. Walmart, 5821 W. Central Ave., reported stolen a variety of women’s clothing valued at $200. Four unidentified suspects fled the store carrying armloads of clothing.
Theft. Kevin Crowl, 7600 block of Hickory Grove, reported a Dell laptop computer stolen from his car. It was valued at $1,000. His vehicle was parked at Pacesetter Park, 8801 Sylvania-Metamora Rd.

3500 block of Indiana Oaks Lane, false alarm or false call.
8000 block of Central Avenue, natural gas leak.
4200 block of Holland-Sylvania Road, steam, vapor, or dust.
5200 block of South Main Street, gas leak.
4300 block of Dovewood Lane, electrical wiring or equipment.
Intersection of Sylvania Avenue and McCord Road, passenger vehicle fire.
4100 block of Merriweather Road, authorized controlled burning.
