BOWLING GREEN — Northview senior Megan Miller won the Division I district tennis title for the second straight year as she navigated the draw with ease.
Miller was never tested as she topped Notre Dame's Nina Eid 6-0, 6-0 in the finals match at Bowling Green State University. Miller and Eid advance to the state tournament.
The Notre Dame duo of Alicia Nahhas and Teagan McNamara won the Division I doubles championship match, a 6-0, 6-1 victory over St. Ursula's Celina Nowicki and Sydney Seeley. Both teams also move on to the state tournament.
In Division II singles action, Olivia Rohracher of Sandusky Perkins won the title, topping Rochell Issa of Maumee Valley 6-1, 6-0.
Ottawa Hills sophomore Lilli Boice won the consolation match over Claire Oates (Kenton) and will advance to the state tournament along with Rohrbacher and Issa.
The Division II doubles final was an all Lexington matchup as Elise Betscher and Jillian Earnest beat teammates Nicole Dragos and Alex Griebling 6-1, 6-1.
The Clyde duo of Amanda Cahill and Alexis Weber will join the Lexington teams in the state tournament after beating Megan Healy and Kelsy Berry of Ottawa Hills in the consolation match.
