    Appetite for the Arts will be Friday through Sunday in the new hangar behind the Liberty Aviation Museum at the Erie-Ottawa International Airport. It kicks off with a gala from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday, with tickets priced at $75; admission is free from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. There will be artist booths and food, a children’s area, and on Sunday, a Fly In/​Drive In pancake breakfast. The event is a fund-raiser for the Greater Port Clinton Area Arts Council.     Fluid Motion of the Sub-Conscious and Soul: The Rhythm of Abstract Expressionism, expressionist paintings by Linda Pertusati, is on view through September at Way Public Library, 101 E. Indiana Ave., Perrysburg.

    LeSo Gallery, 1527 Starr Ave., opens Cryptids, featuring three people who create work both real and surreal. Cryptozoology is the study of creatures, often legendary ones such as Bigfoot, not proven to exist. Ranging from absurd and fantastic to curiously lifelike, there are digital works by Clifton Harvey and sculptural works by Dan Chudzinski and Jose Herrera.     The Lenawee County Historical Museum displays fabric arts of the past in Home Craft: Historic Quilts, Needlework, and Decorative Arts of Lenawee County, through December.
