A gunman robbed a central-city clothing store of cash and clothing Saturday afternoon, then rode off on a bicycle, Toledo police said.
The gunman entered Platinum Fashions, 2008 Cherry St., about 12:30 p.m. and picked out several outfits. As he went to the counter to pay for them, he pulled a handgun and ordered the clerk to empty the cash register.
He fled north on Cherry with the clothing and an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.
