Man with knife robs Douglas Road carryout

A man wearing a ski mask and carrying a knife jumped onto a counter at the In & Out Mart, 5830 Douglas Rd., and robbed the store of an undisclosed amount of money, police said.

The man ordered an employee, Andrew Jensen, to give him money about 10:20 p.m. Monday. When the employee hesitated, the man said he didn't want to kill him, jumped onto the counter, and pulled out the knife. The man again demanded money, took the cash, and ran from the store, police said.
