2/7/2002

A man who was wearing a ski mask and may have had a handgun inside a paper bag robbed the Sky Bank branch, 1103 West Sylvania Ave., of a undisclosed amount of money yesterday, authorities said.

The man entered the bank about 12:40 p.m. After receiving the money, he ran across the street and may have fled in a gray Chevrolet Celebrity. When he left the bank, he removed the ski mask, authorities said.

He is described as black, 25 to 30 years old, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, with short black hair, a moustache, and full, round cheeks. He was wearing a royal blue ski mask and a blue and yellow plaid jacket.
