3 armed, masked men rob Summit Street business

Three men armed with guns and wearing dark masks yesterday robbed Mona's Riverview Lounge, 835 North Summit St., police said.

Employees told police that the suspects walked through an open back door about 12:30 a.m. with guns drawn and ordered one employee to open the cash register. Another suspect went through the pockets of a man at the lounge and took money.

The three men then fled out the back door in an unknown direction.
