Undercover effort nets 3 drug arrests in Lima
10/24/2003Arrested in two separate incidences in the Elm and Baxter streets area were Robert Tobias, 38, and Darryl Thornton, 40. The men were arrested after allegedly selling crack cocaine and were charged with trafficking in cocaine.
A third arrest was made in the 1200 block of South Union Street. Michael Hurley, 48, was arrested for allegedly selling crack cocaine to an undercover officer.
