2 robbery suspects sought

Toledo police are seeking tips through the Crime Stopper program about two men who robbed the 75-year-old owner of New Chet s Restaurant in front of her business.

The victim was thrown to the ground and robbed in front of the restaurant, 1024 East Manhattan Blvd., about 2:45 p.m. Dec. 6. She was hurt in the attack, police said.

The robbers were described as white and between 18 and 20 years old. The victim is offering a reward in addition to Crime Stopper money.

Anyone with information about the robbery or any other crime is urged to call the Crime Stopper program. Callers may remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
