Police seeking who robbed Michigan eatery

BLISSFIELD - Police here are looking for a man suspected of robbing a Subway restaurant on Feb. 3.

The suspect stole about $100 from the sandwich shop on U.S. 223 in Lenawee County about 6:30 p.m.

It was unclear if the suspect was armed. Witnesses told police he ripped a telephone off the wall and fled in an older-model car, possibly a rusted white Cadillac.

He was described as white with a beard, in his 30s, 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing about 200 pounds, with rotting teeth and balding dark hair. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt and sweatpants. Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Blissfield police at 517-486-4340.
