A bill of information has been filed in U.S. District Court charging a Toledo woman with a bank robbery in February.

Charlene Hill, 24, of 2801 Monroe St. was charged with the Feb. 16 holdup of the Fifth Third Bank branch at 3053 Monroe. She was being held without bond last night in the Lucas County jail.

A woman wearing a wig robbed the bank of $1,140 after putting a demand note on the counter and twice demanding the money be put into a bag.

A teller put the money into a pillowcase. The woman fled and removed a hat and wig, dropping them on the ground, authorities said.
