Patrol efforts to focus on I-75, Alexis and Detroit

Two locations I-75 between Alexis Road and Collingwood Boulevard and the intersection of Alexis and Detroit Avenue will be the focuses of the special traffic enforcement program through May 29.

Toledo police will crack down on speeding and other traffic violations in those areas.

The officers overtime is paid through a $65,274 grant from the Ohio Department of Public Safety.
