FINDLAY Two men were arrested this morning in connection with the fatal shooting of a former Toledo man just before 3 a.m. at a south side residence.

Reginald Watkins, 23, who was most recently living in Fostoria, was pronounced dead at Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center. Findlay police arrested Curtis Stevens, 21, of Decatur, Ga., on a charge of murder.

His brother, Kendall Stevens, 23, of Findlay was charged with carrying a concealed weapon.

Police said Mr. Watkins and the suspects had been at a downtown bar then gone to a Stadium Drive residence. There, the victim and Kendall Stevens got into an argument that led to a fight, and Mr. Watkins was shot.

The two suspects were stopped a few minutes later in their car. Both are being held without bond in the Hancock County jail.
