A South Toledo woman was indicted yesterday by a Lucas County grand jury for a collision in June that killed a 28-year-old motorcyclist.

Marnie McClair, of 577 Colima Drive, was indicted on one count of vehicular homicide.

Charles Davis, of 1544 Jermain Drive, was riding a motorcycle southbound June 9 on Upton Avenue when Ms. McClair attempted to make a left turn onto Marlow Road. He collided with the woman's van. He was taken to Toledo Hospital, where he died June 24.

Prosecutors said the misdemeanor charge will be sent to Toledo Municipal Court.
