Van Wert baby shower interrupted by gunshot

VAN WERT, Ohio Police are investigating a shooting into a Van Wert home where a baby shower was being held on Saturday afternoon.

No one was hurt, but a bullet was fired through an outside wall into the home in the 400 block of North Franklin Street.

Police, who received a 911 call about the shooting at 1:48 p.m., said they recovered the gun and bullet, but have made no arrests in the case.
