Toledo liquor-control agents seized about 40 bottles of wine and several bottles of beer yesterday during a raid at a Perrysburg hotel that was furnishing and selling liquor without a license, authorities said.

A search warrant was served at 11:30 a.m. at Belamere Suites Hotel, 12200 Williams Rd., as agents investigated a tip they received two weeks ago, said Earl Mack, agent-in-charge of the Ohio Department of Public Safety Toledo investigative unit.

Misdemeanor charges of keeper of an establishment where liquor is sold or furnished in violation of law and illegal sale of alcohol were pending against the people who own the hotel, a clerk they employed, and the corporation, Mr. Mack said.
