18-year-old suspect sought in rapes of 4 teens

Toledo police have identified an 18-year-old as the suspect in the rapes of four teenage girls, including the recent rape of a Woodward High School student.

Police have been searching for Andre Winters, whose last known address was 222 East Weber St., for several weeks. Arrest warrants have not been issued for the rapes, but he is charged with two aggravated robberies and a felony robbery, according to court records.

Deputy Chief Don Kenney said police are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of Mr. Winters.
