Toledo police are investigating two videos posted on YouTube that show people impersonating plainclothes police officers and harassing citizens, Deputy Chief Don Kenney said.

The vice-narcotics unit and computer crimes detectives are reviewing the videos, which have been removed from the Web site. No arrests have been made. The deputy chief said in one video, the suspects pull up to a person along the street, accuse the person of being a prostitute, and order the individual to the ground. The video continues to show them berating the person before they drive off laughing.

Another video shows suspects spray-painting a man sleeping on a park bench. They also are shown urinating into a beer bottle and giving it to someone to drink, Chief Kenney said.
