Tips sought in East Toledo rape, robbery

Toledo police are seeking information through the Crime Stopper program about the robbery of a juvenile and an unrelated rape they believe were committed by the same man within the last two weeks near Church, Milton, and Elmore streets in East Toledo.

Police provided no specific information about the incidents but released a sketch of the suspect.

He was described as about 19 years old, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, and weighing about 145 pounds. He was riding a dark-colored bicycle.
