A tip from the public led police to the last of four suspects in a Sylvania aggravated robbery case.

Shahid McClellan, 19, was arrested by Toledo Police at a house near West Sylvania Avenue and Bennett Road around 11 p.m. Tuesday, Sylvania police Capt. Rick Schnoor said.

Mr. McClellan, of 3438 Polk Place in North Toledo who is charged with complicity to aggravated robbery and complicity to aggravated burglary, was staying with a relative. He is one of four charged in connection with a March 13 aggravated robbery in a quiet Sylvania neighborhood.

Earlier, police arrested Rolland Houke, 18, and Juanita Osley, 20, both of Toledo, and Diana Schaub, 27, of Swanton. All four remained in the Lucas County jail Wednesday night.

Police said the suspects began following a man and a woman as the couple drove in the Toledo area and stayed behind them until the victims were near their Sylvania home in the 6000 block of Apple Meadow Drive.

The victims were trying to enter their house through the garage around 12:45 a.m. when Mr. Houke allegedly pointed a gun at them and "demanded they hand over all their valuables," police said. The couple complied -- giving up credit cards, cash, keys, and several other items -- and the suspect fled with another suspect in a vehicle.

Mr. McClellan stood in the driveway as a lookout, Captain Schnoor said.

Mr. McClellan, who was considered armed and dangerous, told police several times by telephone that he would turn himself in but never did.

Mr. Houke, Ms. Osley, and Ms. Schaub were indicted by a Lucas County grand jury April 6. Mr. Houke was indicted on one count of aggravated burglary, two counts of aggravated robbery, and robbery with a gun specification.

Ms. Osley and Ms. Schaub were each indicted on one count of complicity to aggravated burglary, two counts of aggravated burglary, and robbery with a gun specification. Ms. Schaub also was indicted on one count of tampering with evidence.
