At least four people — including a juvenile — allegedly broke into a woman’s South Toledo apartment late Sunday night, pointed a gun at her and assaulted the woman.

Marvin Hannah, 46, Nicole Watson, 41, and A’isha Shabazz, 19, were charged with aggravated burglary with a deadly weapon. Another woman was reportedly involved, although there were no arrest or court records to confirm it.

The three are being held in the Lucas County jail and are scheduled to be arraigned by a Toledo Municipal Court judge on Tuesday.

The juvenile, whose age is unknown, was taken to the juvenile detention center.

The group reportedly broke into an apartment at 1110 Four Seasons Drive and, after forcing their way in about 10:30 p.m. Sunday, assaulted Brigette Heard, age unknown.

Further information was not immediately available.

Ms. Watson and Ms. Shabazz both live in the apartment next to the victim.
