ADRIAN -- Crime Stoppers of Lenawee is seeking information about three masked men who a year ago burglarized a Medina Township home at gunpoint, tied up a family of four, sexually assaulted the mother, and stole the family's pickup.

The crime occurred about 11 p.m. Oct. 27, 2010, on Lime Creek Highway when the men forced open the front door just as a gunshot went through the front window. The men are described as being of average height and medium build. They wore dark clothes, gloves, and full face masks. The victims were unable to provide more identifying information.

The men ransacked the house and took cash, firearms, electronics, and tools. After they left, one of the children untied himself and freed the others.

The pickup was found abandoned and burned in a Hillsdale County hunting preserve.

A cash reward will be paid to the tipster who provides information leading to the invaders' arrests.
