Wood Co. man admits role in online sex case
3/3/2012BOWLING GREEN -- A Grand Rapids, Ohio, man pleaded guilty Friday in Wood County Common Pleas Court to a charge of importuning after he solicited sex online last year from an undercover sheriff's deputy posing as a young girl.
Paul D. Emans, 65, is scheduled to return to court April 27, when he will be sentenced by Judge Alan Mayberry.
Emans was arrested at his home Oct. 12 after soliciting a Wood County deputy who authorities say posed online as a girl between the ages of 13 and 16.
