Toledo police obtained an arrest warrant Sunday for a 23-year-old man accused in the slaying of a 20-year-old man in North Toledo.
Tyler Watson, whose last address was 331 Lapier St., was charged with murder in connection with the death of Nicholas Linke, police said. Mr. Linke's address was not released.
Mr. Linke died at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center a short time after arriving by ambulance, police said.
So far, there have been 31 homicides reported in the Toledo metro area in 2012, and 22 have occurred in Toledo.

Police were called at 10:41 p.m. Saturday to reports of an injury accident and of a person shot in the 1900 block of North Ontario Street.
Police found Mr. Linke in a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound.
Detectives did not say what information led them to charge Mr. Watson with the shooting.
