Police said they have not yet identified the person who shot a Toledo man Sunday morning.
Wounded was Antonyo Jennings, 23, who was shot once in the right side of his chest and in his left shin, according to a Toledo police report.
Jennings was shot outside Jessie James Sports Bar, 519 S. Reynolds Rd., at 1:37 a.m. Sunday and taken in a private vehicle to Toledo Hospital. A hospital spokesman had no information on a person by that name.
Police said they questioned the victim, asking who shot him, to which he said, “Why would you ask me that? I don’t know who shot me,” the report states.
The victim was also shot in January in the 500 block of Dexter Street in North Toledo.
The shooting outside the bar is the second in that location this year; in August, Corey Dotson, 27, was shot in the abdomen outside the bar.
Anyone with information on the shooting Sunday is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111.
