A Washington Township teen accused of “tagging” numerous Point Place businesses overnight was arrested today with cans of spray paint in his backpack.

Jordan Myers, 18, of 120 Apple Creek St., is charged with four counts of criminal damage; he is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday in Toledo Municipal Court.

Toledo police said Mr. Myers was arrested today as he walked along Alexis Road in North Toledo, several blocks from his home. Their report said his "tags" on various Point Place buildings matched graffiti shown on Mr. Myers' Facebook page.

Police did not say which businesses were spray painted, but said additional reports of damage continue to come in and more charges could be filed.
