Collision on Rt. 108 kills Wauseon motorcyclist

WAUSEON — A motorcyclist from Wauseon died after a crash late Friday in Fulton County, the Ohio Highway Patrol reported.

Steven T. Bradner, 59, was pronounced dead at Fulton County Health Center after a crash on State Rt. 108 at County Road C, about 1½ miles south of Wauseon in Clinton Township, troopers at the patrol’s Toledo post said.

Mr. Bradner was northbound on Route 108 about 11:15 p.m. when the driver of a southbound car, Kenneth L. Stewart, started a left turn onto Fulton County Road C and entered Mr. Bradner’s path.

The motorcycle struck the vehicle, throwing Mr. Bradner, who was wearing a helmet, according to troopers.

Mr. Stewart, 56, of eastern Fulton County’s Swan Creek Township, wore a seat belt and was not injured, according to the patrol.

The crash remained under investigation late Saturday.
