Crash involving commercial bus, car brings interstate traffic to standstill

CYGNET, Ohio -- A bus crash late Tuesday on northbound I-75 in Wood County south of U.S. 6 caused more than 20 injuries and brought traffic to a standstill.

The crash occurred about 10:35 p.m. and involved a commercial bus and a car, authorities said. Several area fire departments were called to the scene.

Most people were believed to have minor injuries, authorities said, but at least one person was taken away by medical helicopter.

Troopers with the Bowling Green post of the Ohio Highway Patrol remained on scene for several hours after the crash.
