Charges filed against 3 in last homicide of 2012

    Charges have been filed against three people -- two are in custody -- for their role in the last homicide of 2012.

    Charged today with the Dec. 31 death of Brian Minley is Kevin Brooks, 23; Ashley Hundstrucker, 23; and Daquaine Booth, 25. All are charged with murder, police said.

    Brooks, whose address was not immediately available, was already in the Lucas County jail on unrelated charges; Ms. Hundstrucker is being held in the jail.

    Mr. Booth has not yet been arrested.

    Mr. Minley, 24, was shot dead in his home at 1241 Berdan Ave.
