Two suspects in a December homicide were arraigned Thursday while a third continued to elude police.

Toledo Municipal Court Judge C. Allen McConnell ordered Ashley Hundstrucker and Kevin Brooks, both 23, to be held in the Lucas County jail, each in lieu of $1 million bonds.

The two remained in the jail late Thursday. They are scheduled for preliminary hearings on June 6.

Also charged with murder for the Dec. 31 death of Brian Minley, 24, is Daquaine Booth, 25, who is at large.

In court documents, Ms. Hundstrucker of 3940 Lockwood Ave. is accused of driving Brooks and Mr. Booth from the crime scene in the 1200 block of Berdan Avenue.

Brooks of 3208 Maple St. and Mr. Booth of 3314 Cherry St., are accused of being at the crime scene when Mr. Minley was robbed and then fatally shot. No further details about the shooting were available.

Police ask that anyone with information about Mr. Booth's whereabouts call Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111. Callers may remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward.
