Toledo man, 23, dies 
after Monroe Co. crash

A Toledo man who was critically injured June 7 in a two-vehicle collision on southbound U.S. 23 near Summerfield Road in Monroe County, has died, officials said.

Seth Winter, 23, was the driver of a car that was traveling on U.S. 23 in the right lane when his vehicle rear-ended a minivan driven by Timothy Kreps, 66, of Toledo, who was stopped in a construction zone, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.

Mr. Winter was transported to Toledo Hospital after the collision.

He died there Monday night.
