Man shot delivering pizza still in hospital

A pizza delivery driver remained hospitalized Friday after being shot in the left arm.

A hospital spokesman said Stephen Davis, 23, was still being treated at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center but did not know his condition.

Mr. Davis, who works for Vito’s Pizzeria, was delivering a pizza to 105 Rosalind Pl., in North Toledo at 1:21 a.m. Friday when he was shot. The victim told police he pulled into the driveway and three men who came from behind the vehicle fired shots toward the car when he refused to get out.
