FINDLAY — A motorcyclist was killed early Friday after losing control and being thrown on a rural Hancock County road.
Glynn Putman, 21, of Findlay was pronounced dead at the scene on Marion Township Road 234, Hancock sheriff’s deputies reported.
Mr. Putman, who was not wearing a helmet, was driving south when he lost control near Township Road 208 shortly after midnight.
He struck a tree and a fence before being thrown from the bike, according to the report.
The crash remained under investigation.
