to northbound traffic

Traffic has been reversed along a part of a North Toledo street that is being rebuilt, the city transportation division announced Friday. Suder Avenue now is open to northbound traffic between Benore and Alexis roads, but closed to southbound traffic in that area. Southbound traffic is detoured via Alexis, Hagman Road, and Benore for about 60 days.
